By accessing this website or engaging ElectroPro Turkey for electrical services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute the full agreement between you and ElectroPro Turkey LLC.
This website provides information about our electrical services only. No electrical work is contracted or commenced until a written agreement has been signed by both parties. All pricing discussed verbally is non-binding until confirmed in a written quotation.
ElectroPro Turkey holds a valid Electrical Contractor License issued by the Turkish Chamber of Electrical Engineers (EMO). All work is covered by professional liability insurance up to ₺5,000,000 per project.
Our liability for any single claim is limited to the value of the service contract in question. We are not liable for consequential losses, business interruption, or damage caused by pre-existing electrical faults not identified in our initial survey.
All installation work carries a 24-month workmanship warranty. Equipment and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty is void if modifications are made to our work by unlicensed persons.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Istanbul courts.
